LTV Audit provides cohort-level LTV analysis and retention consulting for Shopify DTC brands. The scope of each engagement is agreed upon individually before work begins, and includes:
The exact deliverables and timeline are confirmed in writing before payment is processed.
Payment is required before work begins. Pricing for each engagement is agreed upon in advance and communicated via email. Prices typically range from $1,500 to $2,500 depending on data volume and complexity.
Payments are non-refundable once work has started. If we are unable to begin work for any reason on our end, a full refund will be issued.
You may be asked to share Shopify order exports or subscription data to complete the analysis. By sharing this data, you confirm you have the right to share it.
We treat all client data as strictly confidential. Your data will not be shared with any third party. A Non-Disclosure Agreement is available on request prior to sharing any files.
Client data is deleted from our systems after the final report is delivered unless you request otherwise in writing.
Reports are typically delivered within 5 to 7 business days of receiving complete data. If additional time is needed, we will notify you promptly. Delays caused by incomplete or late data submission from your side may extend the timeline accordingly.
All reports, models, and analyses delivered to you are for your internal business use. You may share them internally with your team. You may not resell or redistribute them as a standalone product or service.
Case studies referenced on this website are anonymized. No client information is used publicly without explicit written consent.
Our services provide analytical findings based on data you supply. All business decisions remain yours. We are not liable for decisions made based on our reports, nor for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our analysis.
Our total liability under any engagement is limited to the amount paid for that engagement.
The cohort model and report delivered to you become your property upon full payment. The methodology, frameworks, and templates used to build them remain our intellectual property.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL. Continued use of the site or our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration.
